A: Order any OsteoBall, and you'll have a full 30 days to try your product in the comfort of your own home. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply contact us and we'll make arrangements to return your product for a full refund.

Q: When does my 30 day trial begin?

A: We want to make sure you have a full 30 days to fully experience your OsteoBall, so we only start counting once you receive the product.

Q: How do I return my product?

A: We try to make the return process as easy as possible.

  1. Your Return Authorization Code. Call 800-860-3949 and you'll receive a Return Authorization Code. Make sure to write your Return Authorization Code on the outside of all packages -- this will help us process your refund as quickly as possible.
  2. Ship Your Package. When you receive your Return Authorization number, your Customer Service representive will also provide you with the best address to mail your item to. We recommend you ship your item back using any major shipping carrier that offers trackable delivery, such USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS. Due to the irregularities of 1st class postal mail delivery, we cannot take responsibility for packages that we do not receive.
  3. Your Refund. As soon as we receive your package back, we'll process your refund to the credit card you used to make your original purchase.

Q: Will I be refunded the full purchase price?

A: You will receive a refund for the entire price you paid for your product, including any sales tax. We are unable to refund any fees for shipping outside the continental United States, expedited shipping methods, or return shipments.
